AM Session: 10:00am - 11:15am (3rd, 4th, and 5th graders)
PM Session: 1:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders)
HOW: Each child collects donations/pledges from family, friends, neighbors and co-workers etc.
Donations can be made in two ways:
1. Online - see below. (note: even if all donations are made online, envelopes must be returned)

Start collecting pledges and encourage online donations! Ask for pledges from friends, family,
neighbors, and co-workers. Send a "Friends and Family" pledge email to make pledge collecting
easier. Friends and Family do not have to be authorized users of the PTSA website to make an online
donation. They can donate online by clicking on the "Friends and Family Donate Here" button
below. If your company provides corporate matching for donations, please refer to the information
below.
Envelopes are due back to school by Monday, October 16th. Please make checks payable to CVES
PTSA. Donations may be tax deductible.
Double your Walkathon donation with your corporate matching funds! Many local companies have programs
including Boeing, Microsoft, Home Depot, Nordstrom, Costco, and Starbucks.
NOTE: Complete the match process by visiting your employer’s internal giving website and selecting
Cascade View Elementary School PTSA 2.18.7 as the organization to receive the matching funds. You can
look up the PTSA by Tax ID or EIN: 87-0744093. If you have any questions on this process, please Contact
Us.
